Today I checked my credit card statement because I had taken my dog to the hospital for an emergency, and while paying for it I was told I had $30 less than I thought on my card. I came home and immediatly checked my statement. Sure enough there was a charge for $29.95 from Billinghlp.com out of Palma De Mall dated for today.

I have no idea what this company is or how they got my credit card number. I do use my card quite a bit online, always trying to be careful of the company i'm going through. I called this billinghlp.com's customer support up and got a recording stating I needed to have an order number to continue.

Not having any order, the recording says I can leave a message and they will get back to me in the order it was received. I choose this option and get "We're sorry, this mailbox is full and no longer taking new messages". What a shock..lol.

Needless to say, I called up my credit card company and cancelled my credit card, which costs me $5.00. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days to get a new card. Although I've been saying "credit card" this card is actually a child support benefits card through the state. Now I'm hoping my benefits will not be messed up.

I sure hope somebody sues the pants off this company sooner or later, but i'm a realist and know that more than likely nothing will happen to them.
