I purchased the XP Antivirus Program because logo for Windows was on it & i thought i was purchasing a good product. After 3 months, my computer practically quit working. I had to take it to computer shop to have the virus the program had given me removed.

I called the 877# that was on my credit card statement to have the charge removed & told them I was dissatisfied with the program. they said they would send me an e-mail with instructions so i could send them a report to see if they could fix the program & if not, they would give me a refund.

I received the e-mail with instructions that I couldn't follow, if I wanted to. the shop that repaired my computer told me to forward the e-mail to them so they could check to see if it was legitimate. they told me it was not & referred me to the report on your Ripoff report site.

I don't understand how they can operate with what looks like a legitimate copy of Windows Logo. I hope I can get my money back.
