Ordered Antivirus Professional 2009 with a 3 yr update for the price of $79.95. Days later found out AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner and Premium Support had been added - for a total of $124.95. Do not even bother calling this company - they do not answer their phone!!! They do answer emails now and then, and even promise to return your money (I was only asking for refund for the Alphawipe and Premium support) but it took an on-line complaint to the FTC before they refunded this amount.

However.......I have since found out that in canceling the order for the tracks cleaner and support, the ENTIRE order was canceled, and I no longer have the virus protection on my computer!!! So, now I am out $79.95, and they have totally stopped responding to my e-mails. SO, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY-----THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BIG TIME!!!!!

If this company IS as BAD as you claim, how do you know they DIDN't leave something behind?

Consumer Reports did a report on firewalls, antivirus programs, and antispyware programs some months back. Did you read it? No? Visit your library.
