I purchased flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived one day later that was requested but the florist upgraded the arrangement because of that.

When I received the bill from Bill Me Later which was a little over $50, I paid the bill with a check for $40+ and included a $10 gift certicate from Bill Me Later. This paid the bill in full.

I continue to get bills from them for the $10. They never subtracted the gift certificate from the bill. They keep adding late fees, etc. so the bill is now up to $21.41.

I have written them letters and called them. They keep saying they will take care of clearing my bill, but so far they continue to bill me and adding late fees.

I've dealt with these jerks before, they tried to pry a $15 cancellation fee out of me for an immediate cancel due to hotels.com screwup. Tell them to quit bothering you or to file a lawsuit and get it over with . I loved ripping their telecollectors a new one everytime they bothered to call me. After awhile they got the message, the object is not to let these scumbags push you around and never ever pay them anything. Any service that uses this company doesn't deserve my business or money. If they send you letter(or bills) just write return to sender on the envelope and put it back in the mail. Goodluck
