Complaint Review: Billshark

Billshark Mark Cuban backed. They renewed services without consent, charged me for services I didn’t want and refused to refund the charges. They harassed me and threatened to keep charging me. Hopkinton Massachusetts

This is a company that negotiates better prices for your utilities and phone or internet services. You sign up for services that anyone can easily do without having to pay their high fees. But this is not the worst part; the company will keep your information and will charge your card or bank account for the same services when your contract ends or a new cycle begins.

They don't give you enough time to decide if you actually want to continue using their services and when you sign up there is no clear information about the fact that they will keep you hostage as a customer and will use a very complicated and ineffective way to cancel your services. I did cancel my services when I saw their charges the second time.

I asked them to refund the charges and they didn't. This month I saw the same charge again despite the fact that I had asked them to cancel my subscriptions many times and over many emails, which are all saved. I am more than willing to share my messages with anyone who wants to learn about their illegal activities and fraudulent ways of conducting their business.

I highly suggest you avoid them. The little time you are going to save the first time will end up costing you way more in money, time, efforts and aggravations. Please read the honest reviews as they all share the same experience. Billshark is a terrible company that makes pawn shops look better.

If you need to learn how you can do exactly what the company does to save you money search for information on the internet or simply ask your utility providers to help you see how you can save. Some of the ways you can reduce your bills could include where you work, your profession, as well as many state and local programs that are designed to help you save or lower your bills.

Read forums online, and ask family, friends and neighbors. Again, you don't need to give any company any money in order to reduce your bills. They aren't worth it and some people end up paying those high fees even after they have switched to different companies for phone services, internet or cable.
