Just based off the reviews online I should have known better. However, I always like to a give a company a chance. They came out to my residence during a business day, so no overtime or weekend pay. They did 28 minutes worth of work to my well and charged me over $300!! The well was not fixed and I was advised it would be another $2,400 to fix it.
I contact another local company who came out and charged me only $100 to fix the issue. I would also like to point out what they fixed was no where close to what the plumber from Billy Bell told me was wrong.
The customer service from this company is disgraceful. They are greedy, disgusting individuals.
I was willing to pay a service fee, but not $300. They wouldn't hear of anything else.
If you read this from Billy Bell, I would like you know that the community knows the wrongs you do. Your business will be closed if you keep treating consumers this way. The way this all occured I don't understand why the doors weren't closed years ago.
