I too, am trying to get a refund from Type at Home. No luck so far. I reported them to Paypal and am waiting for a response. Will update as I get more information.

Finally got my refund today, March 26th. Took 11 days of constant back and forth emils from them wanting me to "Just try one more thing"...At least I got it back, so it is possible.
