Came to house for a filter change, checked system and said we did not have the right equipment for our water and that the person from Aquativa that installed our system did it wrong. That cost us 5,000.00 to get the right equipment and to get it installed. The water still has an odor and funny taste and the unit under the sink wouldn't work after they worked on it, we kept telling them to come and fix it .....they would say they would come out to fix it and never show up....but when it comes time to get their money they keep calling and harrassing you over it. The sink unit is still not fixed and this is months later.
