Billy Parks Is an absolute scam artist who lives somewhere in Los Angeles. I met him a couple times he stalked me to a nightclub where I worked. Asked me if I was an actor and said I had a great look. He gave me a business card that said Talent Agent at William Morris Endeavor. Boy it looked pretty real, I don't trust a lot of people but he did have a WME business card which is hard to fake.
We spoke over several months and he said he had a lot of projects for me he wanted me to tape. He wasted my time, money and resources. I taped 5 or more projects for him getting acting coaching paying thousands of dolalrs for the tapes and the coaching. He asked me in the correspondence if I had a boyfriend of course, GIRLS WATCH OUT FOR THIS PREDATOR!! I said yes and he backed off slowly but then one day said he had a screen test for me for a major movie. I was excited but felt something was too good to be true. He told me I had to pay him upfromt commission fee of thousands of dollars for setting this aparent audition up, which was a flag so I did my research AND....HE DOESNT WORK AT WME AND HES NOT LISTED ON IMDB
He always Said he was AT WORK with his assistant etc and he calls from the WME number using an APP on the I phone. One time he called me from the Paramount Pictures number to speak to the producer of the "film" He was using an app it was evident....I called back to the main paramount line and the aparent office he was calling from doesnt exist.
The worst part of this is he has an instagram account where he steals photos from wire image or something, post WME's business cards, posts he's at the office etc. hahaha
WME LEGAL is already aware of him, one phone call to the actual agency and you will learn HE DOESNT WORK THERE AND HAS FAKE BUSINESS CARDS AND A FAKE INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT TO LURE PEOPLE IN, HE'S AN UGLY LOSER WHO PRETENDS TO BE AN AGENT TO BE COOL AND HOPING HE WILL GET GIRLS, DONT BE A VICTIM. REPORT HIM TO INSTAGRAM IF YOU HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH HIM
Once I found him out, he started threatening me and stalking me to my place of work, and ultimately I had to quit for my safety. This guy is just a sick sick person and what he's doing isn't right. LA is full of liars but this is next level.
