Complaint Review: Billy's Auto Sales

My husband and I purchased a vechicle from this dealer and we didn't even have it long enough to make the first payment and the truck broke down in San Antonio. We went to the Cinco de Mayo fiestas and it broke down there. And Manuel from the dealership said apparently you didn't put oil in the truck now why would I do that if they said that they did an oil change on the vechicle?? so then i told him that we wanted our money back and he said NO.

I told him that how were we suppose to bring it back with no money. He said your stuck with it. So now its been about 3-4 months and they have harassed us my family in wanting to know where the vechile is I have told them repeatedly and they have still harassed us and I told them that it took me 2yrs to gather that money because I needed a 2nd vehicle and $1500.00 is hard to come by for us and we are still struggling since this has happened to us and I feel ripped off because no money and no truck and yes we did not make the payments on this vehicle if they weren't going to help us so now I know this is going on our credit and there isn't anything we can do .
