Billy Stelly convinced me but he was a real estate developer and wanted to spread the word with good deeds I'm doing good things for other people add he convinced me to open a cellular telephone service and which the phones were going to be donated to charity and he would foot the bill and that would help improve my credit.
With it being in my name and to also take out a loan at a local retailer and donate an iPad to charity and he would pick up the bill and it would help improve my credit but he did not donate them to charity he kept them for himself and stuck me with the bill. So far it is well over $2,500 and growing.

I have some financial institutions who were curious about mr stelly and his business's.. he is making money using those names. Idk but that house in cypress texas, not sure if he pays taxes on it? He was wounded from robbing the wrong person, he tells that story as his pride is still crippled like that bum leg? that was a warning.. And also to mark him permanently so he cant run... marking a thief
