I purchased 3 timeshares from Billy Wind in June of 2011. He strung me along for over a year with one excuse after another as to why these transactions were never completed.
Initially, there was frequent communications from his associates, Debra Turner and Cheryl Cielsinski, which abruptly ended in May 2012.
Numerous attempts to contact them via email have been unsuccessful.
Just want my money back.

Oh boy! I'm sorry you fell for this scam, i suggest you next time you want to make a purchase you think throught about making an investment and do some research before signing basically ANYTHING.
