Complaint Review: Biloxi Housing

After the Biloxi Housing Authority found out that I filed a complaint with HUD concerning their bad management, they decided to hold a meeting with the residents I included in the report. They claimed everybody was going to be kicked out. I was suppose to get my security deposit back and allowed to move the next month after I paid my rent in April. However, when I return at the beginning of May 2016, those residents were still living there and still causing problems. Everytime I filed any police report it was immediately drop or never consider for warrants against the people that I put it out on. However, anytime anybody filed anything against me it was consider valid. The last times that I reported residents they kept telling to talk to the property manager since I am not allowed to file charges against them. Because of my experience with this public housing I will never ever consider public housing again anywhere. Not only with the investigator not answer my phone calls but I haven't heard anything back concerning the investigation. I am now considered high-risk for my pregnancy and I do intend to sue Biloxi Housing and other Mississippi agencies as a result of this.
