I received an email from Biltmore Who's Who on my student email account encouraging me to sign up for their program.  About a week later I received a phone call at 7a.m. in the morning, which turned out to be an interview.

I was interviewed for about 10 minutes and then immediately accepted into the program.  The person on the line named George told me all the wonderful things I would receive from Biltmore Who's Who: publication of my biography in a leather bond book, resume workshops, and most of all a chance to be hired by a great company.

I was immediately excited about the prospect, and gave "George" my debit card information.  George gave me his phone number to call if there were any problems and I hung up the phone feeling very satisfied.

My mom was in the kitchen, so I told her about this great opportunity;  but she, being an accountant, was skeptical; and told me to call "George" back.  I received George's "secretary" and she told me that George was unable to talk.  That's when I knew for sure it was a scam.

My mom and I proceeded to go to the bank as soon as it opened and change my debit card information.  It's been about a week now and I have not heard from "George" and nothing's been taken from my account.  Had my mom not been quick to read the signs I would've been out of a lot of hard earned money.  Please don't let this happen to you!
