Binance REFUSES TO RESET 2FA LOGIN

I recently replaced my Iphone so I lost my 2FA Auth password. I sent their support team all my identification that they request to reset the 2FA and all they keep doing is replying back with the same email over and over again asking for identification for resetting the 2FA. Basically, if you lose your password, you lose your money with Binance. This is happening to many people who have lost their 2FA password. Just do a search to see.

I just wanted to say you are not alone, I received a new cell phone and lost my Google 2FA and cannot get anywhere with Binance and have been locked out of MY account for 5 weeks now!

I had to use an App called Telegram which put me in direct contact with a Binance customer service agent who fixed my issiue within a minute. So, I was wrong about the company scamming people. Their online ticket support just sucks.
