You are very oversold…winning a couple thousand dollars now consistently losing. You’ve lost more than won despite what was supposed to be a conservative, careful investment strategy/system. I understand the risks but I figure I ended up even after months of activity. All I heard from your people was excuses, blaming and an unwillingness to admit that perhaps your automated trading system stinks and isn’t worth 5 cents.

Your people have been very negligent in “training” me. They have not followed through with their promises, they haven’t returned phone calls, they missed appointments, they treated the training almost as a punishment, treated me rudely. There are 4 factors whenever teaching and training occurs: 1. The student; 2. The instructor; 3. The lesson; and 4. The lesson plan. Three of these things are your responsibility and under your control. You failed in all three.

There were no trades on my account after September 16, 2014. I assume about that time you severed your relationship with SpotFN but I was not informed of this until September 29 after I had initiated contact. How much longer were you going to let it go like that, nothing going on, until you told me?

When we first entered our relationship you and I were dealing with SpotFN. Now you have severed your relationship at the place where I have my money and I can no longer use your services. So since the original relationships are severed (Binary Academics, SpotFN and myself) your services are and it seems has been thoroughly useless to me so I want my money back.
