I want to report Bingonet/V3 networks.
My complaint is that I have purchased 10 $5.00 rewards cards with the points I earned winning bingo games on their site.
When I first joined the site, the mailing of these rewards cards was 4-6 weeks. Now I have not receive any reward cards in many, many months. They are behind in paying me almost a year. I am stilled owed $5.00 cards for the following months: 9/11, 10/11, 11/11, 12/11, 1/12, 2/12, 3/12, 5/12, 6/12 and 7/12. They are as follows;  6 $5.00 JC Penneys cards, 1 K-mart $5.00 card, 2 Walmart $5.00 cards and 1 $5.00 McDonald card.
I have emailed Bingosupport and Vera about these past cards and received only 1 answer with no date .I was told two weeks ago by a member that many other members received cards on Friday 7/27. I was not one of them.
I have cancelled my membership with Bingonet on 8/5 and asked for my account to be closed with the $50 owed to me in rewards cards sent to me. I even requested they make one payment of a $50 card for Walmart or JcPenney. Again no reply. The only email I got was on 8/17 saying they have no eta. There was no mention about what I would receive.
I feel that bingonet charged my credit card every month on time for over 5 years. I feel that I am entitled to receive my money due me especially since I have now closed my account.
I feel that Bingonet has no intentions of ever paying me and hope I will just go away.
