They refuse to payout legit winnings. I complied with their policies and sept. 08 they said they could either cancel my account or cancel the cashout request and I could try again in 3 weeks. December I requested my cashout and now I cannot login, I am not getting a response to my email.

The reason they refused my cashout in september is because in July I cashed out all my money. After making a new deposit, starting fresh, I won again. They said I was taking advantage of their slots while playing bingo. Guess what? It is their programming and they should take it off if they have a problem. It is misleading and dishonest on their part. Now I have lost hundreds of dollars playing over the years.
