Complaint Review: Bingoroom.com

Bingoroom has ripped me off for the 2nd time , the first time I won $167 in their progressive room .They wouldn't pay me said I didn't have it . I know I did and they know I did.They said their software messed up . But it didnt they just wanted one of their house players to win.

This time they refuse to pay my cashout saying it's against the rules as of Sept21 , to play in the slots and play bingo also.

So they closed out my account gave me back $25 { they owed me $50

But 2 weeks ago I played in their fixed slot tourney and lost $600 but it was ok to lose just dont win there. So many people are getting ripped off in there the same way.

I hope these people can be stopped from scamming more innocent people out of their hard earned money.
