I won a bingo game exactly at the same time the entire Bingoroom system went down and the screen froze.

I have a print screen of my bingo win which clearly shows that I won the game on O74.

I looked in my transactions and it has my cards and all the numbers that were called on the top of the page and B6 was there AFTER O74.

I will be adding photos of both to my complaint here.

At first, support answered my email and checked the game history and told me that yes, indeed I had won and that she would have accounting pay me.

I never got paid. Someone else emailed me and said I didn't win, but that I shared the game with several others on B6. She said the prize for that game was $55.62, and you can clearly see that the prize was $51.94.

You will see from my transaction history that I didn't have any card with a win on it with B6 which apparently came out after I won and was not even visible to any of the players as all the screens froze.

When I tried to contact support or accounting after that, they never answer. I'm still trying.

This company has so many domain names and addresses it would be a miracle to actually find out who they are and where they are.

They have private whois information under such names as FocusOnline Management

with Bulk Registrar, and Trik Systems.

They have absolutely no contact information other than the support email address on their website. No live support, no phone number, not even a fax number, no 24/7 help at all.

This same thing has happened to other people at Bingoroom.

I can see another report on your site here and I know that person.
They finally paid her and then banned her from playing and told her she never liked to play there anyways. RIDICULOUS!!!

When they are forced to pay, they throw you out. This has happened to many many people.

I really would like to know how I can get them to pay me, as they readily have taken my money.

Bingroroom bounces all my emails back

Support will not respond to my request to be paid for my win, they bounce all my emails back.
They also have not paid me for a win I've had on request for payout for 5 days and do not respond when I email them and ask why.

That is $65, plus my $51 win.
They are stealing $116 from me.

Can somebody help? Why are they allowed to be in business? They've done this to several other people.
