Ordered a  14 Day "trial" of Bio Nutra Garcinia Cambogia Excel.  All I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping, but once I clicked OK to that, it automatically popped up the same offer for Green Coffee for $4.95 as well.  No where on the page did it tell you the bottle they were sending was a trial bottle and if you didn't call and cancel you would be charged.  So, I got my credit card bill, and there were 2 charges for $4.95 each and 2 more charges for $79.95 each!  I assumed they had shipped me another supply which i could return.  But no, that was for the "trial" bottles!!  I called to cancel and when the customer "service" agent finally answered after being on hold approximately 10 minutes.  I explained I had ordered a sample of the Garcinia Cambogia product.  Immediately, even before I had a chance to say anything else she very curtly stated, "Well, we don't have any "samples" of this product available!"  After explaining to her I did not want another bottle and to please cancel, she proceeded to tell me I was paying for the "trial" bottle because I did not call and cancel within the 14 day "trial" period.  I told her there was nothing on the website that explained that to me and she said when I "signed" the contract I agreed to the "Terms and Conditions".  I told her I never saw any terms and conditions, and their website was very misleading and I wanted a refund of the $79.95.  Believe it or not, after several go rounds with her that they would not refund me, I asked her if I could speak with her supervisor as that was not acceptable since I was not told I would be charged $79.95 for a "Trial".  She actually told me, "NO, I will NOT let you speak with anyone else!  It is not our problem that you did not bother to read the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you ordered the product!"  What ensued next was a complete screaming match between me and this most obnoxious, rude and indignant "customer service" rep!  It was incredible.  I told her I did not want to use the product after reading some negative reviews, and she said, "Did you even BOTHER to try it?"  I told her I took 2 or 3 of them before I actually decided it was not for me.  Then she really went off on me and said there was no way they would take the product back because it was absurd for me to even think they would do that on an opened bottle!  I tired to explain I thought the $79.95 was possibly for another bottle they had shipped and I wanted to cancel that, and I didn't have a problem with paying the $4.95 which was all I thought i would be charged.  That didn't go over well either, because she went back to the issue with me not reading the Terms and Conditions!  I kept asking her to let me talk with her supervisor and she emphatically refused.  I told her she was hands down the rudest, most obnoxious customer service person I had ever spoken with in my life.  Then she said, 'Because you were too stupid to read the Terms and Conditions, you think it is our fault?"  OMG!!  I LOST it!  She actuallly then insulted my husband and my children!!  I was flabbergasted to say the least!  I said, "You don't even know a thing about me lady, and you are insulting my family?"  OK, so this went on for another 3 or 4 minutes, and she finally told me they "might" be able to get "part" of my money refunded.  Well, at that point I wasn't about to accept that.  She came back and said they could offer me 65% off.  Really?  Well, I was so mad at this point, I said, "I am done with you.  Let me speak with another customer service rep."  Apparently, I wore her down.  Then, after another several minute wait, a man came on the line who claimed to be her "supervisor".   I explained the situation to him in detail and asked him to listen to the tape of that woman who I had been speaking to so he sould see how rude and hateful she had been to me.  I also explained that I probably didn't read the Terms and Conditions, but WHO does that anyway, especially when they are 4 pages long.  I told him it was an error on my part, but their website is not at all clear on the charge if you do not contact them, and suggested they at least put that information out on the first page in an obvious area so people will know.  Otherwise, they are just scamming people left and right.  Then he offered me the same 65% discount.  I said, "Look, I did open the one bottle, so I feel like if you charged me maybe $19.99 that would be fair.  I would like to return the Green Coffee product as it has not been opened."  He agreed to that, and then refunded $59.96 for the Garcinia, and $79.95 for the Green Coffee and said I did not have to return it.  But wow, how many other people have just backed down and paid the charges?  It is a very valuable lesson learned, and I will never order anything like this again.  Trust me on that!  Truly, they are scamming people out there, so beware!

Just wondering, because your comment was rude, obnoxious and totally uncalled for as well.  Perhaps if you took a course in reading comprehension you might be able to understand what my complaint was about.

I have not one iota about what your report is about except that you ordered some crap on TV.  Lesson learned - stop buying crap on tv and start working out if you want to lose weight!!
