Complaint Review: BIO-TEC EMERGENCY SERVICES

If you're reading this, you've already been a subject to Bio-Tec's fraud/scam, you're frustrated with the company's outright lies regarding your due payment, or you will soon be in those shoes. Adam Backstrom works for Bio-Tec under Marc Kropidlowski and conducts the company business in a fraudulent manner. As a contractor retained to complete work for this company, here's what you can expect: a contract outlining the work you will do, the timeline you will do it in, and the amount that you will be reimbursed within 21 days of satisfactory completion of the work. You will not be reimbursed, you will need to harrass this company with emails and phone calls, you will listen to put-offs and outright lies, and when you finally get a response from Adam or Marc ....-you guessed it, more lies and excuses.

Let me be clear here, BIO-TECDOES NOT PAY.This company takes full advantage of their geographic distance from the work, buffers this with electronic inaccessability, and illegally collects full payment for the emergency work completed by contractors, and then withhold's the contractor's due payment, despite the contract signed by both parties. This is their business model.
