We ordered a Dewalt combo tool set online. They deducted from our account 2 times for MORE than advertised. I contacted through email and was told that they didn't charge any more money that it was the exchange fee and handling fee. The order was placed June 19, 2018 and we still have not received our order. I have contacted several time and the last time they contacted back was July 10, 2018 and they said they would send me the tracking info as soon as they have it. I have emailed several times since then but no one will email back. We are out a total of $219.33. What a shame!!
