Complaint Review: SCOE 10 x

I am very upset to say that this product SCOE 10x permanent ordor remover does not work. First and foremost, I do not understand why it is claimed to be biologically safe, however, the ingredients and not listed on the bottle. Secondly, I would like to add that the instructions are far from clear and it is recommended that you visit their website in order to obtain clear instructions ??  I have never heard of such a thing in my life . All I can say is that I have a problem with my beleoved dog urinating in my bedroom and the companies website had such raving reviews, that I figured with the 100 percent money back gaurentee that I would try it . Well, I followed the instructions and low and behold it did nothing!  I then treated the areas a second time and again it did not remove the odor . In my opinion, I would not recommend this product to anyone as it has been nothing but a waste of time and money for me. I have contacted the company and await their reply and will post thr reply when it is received. Again, I do not know how this product could miraculousy work for over 400 people and fail for me, as that just does not make any sense whatsoever.
