BioGeniste NetMarkets, LLC come-on advertising / scam Lewiston, Maine
Ordered a "Sample Pack" of BioGeniste Serum from a testimonial on a website for Olay. The endorser was supposedly from our hometown - we later found that she is from everywhere in the USofA including Alaska "Heather McKenny. Paid a shipping charge fo $4.95 a few days later my bank account was charged for $84.76 for additional items not ordered nor received. Cancelled all orders going foward including the recent charges - have asked numereous tiomes for credit for the supposed items and to no avail - very nasy arguments aboiut getting the credit from someone at customer service. This is a scam, been reported to the BBB in NYC and to Visa and to our local newspaper. Want the charge reversed - have mailed back their "Sample Pack" and want no further contact with them....beware if you think about ordereing anything from NetMarketers LLC dba BioGeniste.
