I sent the packages back and the DHL inormed me the people at 133 North Altadema Drive, Suite 302, Pasadena, CA 91107, would not accept the package because thay said it was not their company. They keep charging my credit card and I have to dispute the charges every month. The customer service lines are always busy or they ring for 20 or more times and then there is a busy signal. The only phone lines they answer are the order lines. On the order lines, I have spoken to Maraissee (4/25), Yasmien (5/21), and didn't get the name of the person I talked to on my first call to cancel in March. They all said they would give my information to their supervisor to send to customer service. On June 12, I spoke with Kate and then her supervisor, Bruce. He said that he would send the information to customer service. I think Biotab Nutraceuticals is a scam company and I was scammed. I don't know how many times I can dispute charges with my credit card company so I might have to cancel the card I use the most. Biotab Nutraceuticals is a BIG RIPOFF in my opinion.

Tell them that the size of your credit card bill bill DOES matter

Daniel,

Rather than waiting for the charge to appear each month and then dispute it with your credit card company, can't you just set something up with your cc issuer whereby this company can be blocked from making any charges to your credit card altogether?

I'm not sure if this is actually an option, but have you asked the credit card company if this is something you might be able to do?

I've never tried the product, but their commercials just REEK of scam to me. Plus they make me feel bad about myself because, according to the girls they interview, size does matter.

The Information In The Report I Read Is Not Exactly Accurate

I'm Charlie H. I was radiated for prostate cancer in 2004. Since then I have tried everything I could find to be a man for my wife. I tried Extenze, and it is helping me overcome my E.D. Like you, I was unhappy with the filthy videos that came along with the Extenze. However, my solution was to REFUSE the packages with the videos at the Post Office when they came in, since they were bar coded for customer receipt. The videos stopped coming.

Having a difficult time determining which packages were the pills and which were the videos, at first I refused them all. I got a letter from Biotab Nutriceuticals ( notice the difference in spelling ) with a refund coupon. I called the company, and had NO trouble getting through. They checked their computer and said that the videos had been stopped, which they have.

Now I'm not trying to "enhance" my maleness---- I just want to be able to have a "normal" relationship with my wife----whatever normal is. Maybe you were hoping for something that's beyond expectation, but don't blame the company for not living up to that. All I can say is that for me, an almost 60 year old, it's helping.
