sent 1st shipment under guise of 'trial offer' but 'trial' packet was never sent. I thought package sent WAS the trial and opened it to try it. It DID NOT WORK, so after 2 doses (which were in a blister pack, and 3 other blister packs were NOT opened), I called to send it back.
Turns out that they put me on a regular mailing and was immediately charged for a product that I do not want. They flat out refuse to refund anything. This company reeks of scam.
