Complaint Review: Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc.

Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc. add on T.V. for a 30 day trial sleep aid Alteria for only 97 cents. It's claims to be all natural sleep aid. They would only accept a credit card, should have been a red flag for me. They sent the first order which I tried and did not work . I did not know they would keep sending shipments until the next shipment arrived two weeks later. I tried to call them but all you get is recorded message. Another shipment arrived 18 days later. I called again and this time a got a person. I told him I did not want any of this product and please cancel these shipments. I sent all the pills back accept the first order because I opened it. I sent a letter cancelling this. The next day another shipments arrives. I tried to call again and all you get is a recorded message. I tried to fax them but the fax will not pick up.

I called my credit card company and this is now is dispute. I did not give Biotab permission to keep sending this product or to bill my credit card. This is a real ripoff. They tell you the 97 cents is for shipping of the order.

What can I do to stop this company from ripping me off and other people?
