Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc Biotab did not tell me about the 7 day time period in which you have to cancel account, had very hard time getting touch with them. Ripoff Monrovia California

Biotab did not tell me that I only had 7 days to cancel from the date I ordered the trial pak. I was not even aware that to get the trial you were automatically enrolled as a member and was not told that If I did not cancell within 7 days that I would automatically charged for a 30 day supply. After repeated attemps to call the customer service I finally got through and then I was told that it was not their job to tell all the customers that info and that if the customer service reps had to tell all the customers that then they would get tired of saying the same thing over and over again. The customer service rep that I spoke with kept trying to change the subject and did not care what I had to say.
