BioTech Research / EdenPure Heater Aftyer returning a defective product for a replacement, I'm getting the run-around! Canton Ohio
I bought a EdenPure Heater that quit working, so I sent it back for a replacement as instructed by the receptionist. I have tried calling to see the status but this is all I get:

Switches back to loop #1, then again to loop #2, then back to 3, and continues ad finitum with no one answering the phone, in my experience, for over an hour. Finally left my number and you guessed it, no call back! First they got my money and now my heater! Now what?? Guess it's time to call the Consumer Protection Agency or the Attorney General in Ohio, if they have one.
