BioTrek Labs TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDN'T PERFORM THE TESTING internet

 I initially contacted BioTrek "Lab" ton get micotoxin testing done in May 2016. I paid them $599. Jeramiah Bancroft (Lab Consultant) personally told me it would be 14 days for me to get the results. 14 days pass, NO RESULTS. I call and he says, "Give it another few weeks because we've started a new kind of testing that gives you more results." Well, 2 more months go by. NO RESULTS. I call and this time he says, "We are backed up by 500 clients due to the new testing." I requested a refund at this point. He told me I'd be getting my refund. This was in August 2016. I've called and emailed at least 10 times since August and I've gotten absolutely NO RESPONSE and NO REFUND! It is now December 2016.
