Bipolar Inner Circle David Oliver Rip Off - Despite cancellation charges continue , Internet
After signing up for what I thought was a one time charge of $29.99 the following day I learned this would be a monthly charge so I cancelled my subscription on line per their instructions.
Subsequently I was billed for two months. I called the Subscription Management Department and left a message requesting a call back. No option given to speak to a representative. I did receive a call back a day or two later and was assured my account has been cancelled and there would be no more charges to my account.
Since this call, I did receive 1 CD in the mail which I must say is not worth the $60 I have paid thus far.
I now find another $29.95 in charges pending on my account. I am not able to afford this monthly charge. I am willing to return this CD to them if I can be assured that all charges will be refunded to me however I do not hold out much hope for that.
I have placed another (not so friendly) message into their Subscription Management System call center demanding they reverse the latest charges and discontinue future charges.
This is so low and dastardly to take advantage of people who are already going through the worst that life has to offer. I hope David Oliver gets what he has coming to him and any assistance I can get in getting them to stop charging me would be greatly appreciated.
