I applied on line for $20,000 loan due to my credit, I was notified in 24 hours that I was approved and filled out the application.

I was told I needed to sent $1500.00 due to my credit, so I wired them the money to Canada to cover 6 months of payments. I called to find out why the money had not been deposited.

Kevin Strong in customer service said that I needed to pay additional $1500 because the lender requested it. So not thinking I paid additional $1500 that was my problem.

I called customer service and asked where my money was, and I was told it was put in the wrong account and when I asked him wht account number he had he would not tell me and told me to call back in a couple of hours.

I called back and was told it would take 5-7 business days to get his straightened out because I had given them the wrong information which was not true.

He then told me I could send an additional $900.00 and another lender will be happy to send me the money. I told him no and to cancel my loan and send me back my money.

I was told it would take 30 days to process my request and get my money back. I still have not gotten my money back.

I have tried calling and alls you get is voice mail, no one will pick up the phone.
