I purchased Bird cage. It arrived in a bad box with several holes in it and No packaging material inside. It was bent begin repair and came from China. Very bad quality and extremely damaged. I returned and they are charging Me $65.00 to return it. I did not damage it I shouldn't have to pay for return . I am fighting it with my credit card company. We shall see what happens. I am 72 years old and have Never had such bad service.

This company makes its money by stealing from people. I know these products are insured by the shipping company. And if they are not I shouldn't have to pay for it. Don't buy from this company they don't care about consumer only how much money they can get from you.SHAME on them!!!  Sorry no photos I am not a computer person. Tray was bent, top of side bent beyond repair. The bars were twisted and bent.
