Complaint Review: Birdeye

Birdeye Refused to cancel Services and sent us to thier legal department Palo Alto California

I contacted Birdeye in September to cancel services.  In November I get a phone call stating my invoice is past due and they are sending my account to thier legal department.  I told them this should have been canceled as I requested it 2 months prior.  After some back and forth, I agreed to pay for the remaining year if they signed my termination agreement to end services August 2023.  They refused to sign and still demanded payment or they would send it to thier legal department.  I finally jumped on the payment link to get them out of my hair.  I updated my CC info with the idea, it would charge my card for the balance.  This is the email I recieve back from Jyoti Varma.  

"Hi Chad, 

We have received an amount of 1.00$, we have exhausted all the options and hence i am left with no choice but sending your account to legal department."

Bottom line, I tried to settle this in good faith,  Birdeye is simply impossible to deal with.
