Birkin LLC Did Not Disclose Unpermitted Work San Diego CA
I was interested in purchasing a home owned by Birkin LLC. The home the company was selling appeared to be a home they were trying to "flip." It appears that Birkin LLC cut some corners, and did not get the proper permits for some of the work. This was discovered during the inspection period of the home buying process. The unpermitted work was not properly disclosed in the documentation. If Birkin LLC was more upfront about the unpermitted work, I could have walked away sooner. Instead, I missed out on opportunities to put in offers for other homes that were for sale at the same time.
