I bought a gun from the Cobra company but through a second party, Tarrant Pistol Parlor. When I got this faulty gun home I never used it but it was jamming everytime I tried to load it. So I took it to a friend that know guns and he began to unjam gun. However the gun misfires and goes off then falls apart. I then called store where I purchased gun ans was told they weren't responsible for the malfunction and that they would have to send it back to company, Cobra. They did this and proceeded to get gun fixed. It took almost 3 months to get it back, but before it was to come back I called and spoke with a supervisor at Cobra and told them I didn't trust the gun and would like a full refund. He only offered me a few bucks or keep gun. I told him that I felt weird now with gun find out that firing pen was messed up. Long but short story, I had to keep this faulty gun ans found out once again how dangerous it is. It misfired again, but this time in my house ans I was just going to put it down. I called police to come out to unarm gun because I was totally freaked. I could have shot my friend standing right by me but on the other side of gunfire. When they came, gun was still on safety and the shell from the bullet stuck in gun. The bullet went through the kitchen cabinet through livingroom wall, which I now have to repair. I need help!
