Dear Birmingham Water Works Board,

Your customer service is a joke. When I try to reach your Customer Service I get put on hold and theres forty nine callers in front of me??? what? yes thats right 49.  Is that for real or is it just another way to avoid providing decent customer service?  Its funny because Ive called at least two more times on different days and there's still those same 49 people holding. 
 
Over a month ago I sold my home. At that time the new owner spoke to you guys about transferring service. He then faxed the service transfer as instructed. Thinking he has the water service transferred all is well. So BWWB, why am I still receiving bills??? Earlier this week the new owner then spent half a day at your office trying to get this straightened out. He was told its all fixed but the previous owner will still have to pay the account, and he would have to reimburse. HUH?  Really? thats some good customer service.  Now Ive just received yet another water works bill in my inbox and to top it off their payment service times out in less than a minute. Thats really sad bwwb How about getting a reliable payment service? 
 
Word of advice, dont believe the bwwb, their service is worthless.  Since all this will probably fall on deaf ears at BWWB anyway Im going to post this everywhere I can on blogs, websites etc...
I'll dig a well before I'll ever be a BWWB customer again.
