Since my 4-year-old daughter had specifically asked for a Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron birthday party I went online. I researched a couple of sites and decided to go with birthdaybargain.com because they had everything I wanted at reasonable prices.

I paid $39.03 via Paypal on 10/26. On 11/08 I still had not recieved any merchandise and her party is on the 13th. Now keep in mind, her Daddy is being deployed to Iraq for a year on the 19th and so this party is an especially big deal for us.

After calling the customer service number several times, I realized that it is just a recording prompting you to send an email to customerservice@birthdaybargain.com. I sent several emails, all of which were returned to me due to the recipient's mailbox being full.

I went to the Paypal site and got the email addy off of there and when I sent an email to that address (mickey@birthdaybargain.com) I recieved an automated email stating that I should direct all correspondence to the first email address (the one that was full). I have since taken the physical address and called stores supposedly in the same strip mall only to find that not only is there no party store there, but there is no Suite 12-383 either. The owner, JIM ORMONDE can not be found in Susanville or any other part of CA either.

I have filed reports with Paypal and with the IFCC.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I also ordered some items for my daughters 1st B-day on 10/28, today is 11/14 and still havent received my order. Total amt that I was charged was $ 49.91. I have sent numerous emails to the company although they havent been returned to me I havent received a response. One thing I did notice was that the website is currently closed. I also made a dispute with Pay-pal. Last resort will definately be contacting my bank to have funds reversed. Im very upset of the way these little companies due their scams.
I order numerous items online this has never happened to me before.
Please do not do business with this company!!!
