I ordered 'Word for Mac' on line from www.freewebstore.org/birthofbooks a payment of 52.99 was moved from my bank immediately.
I received an e-mail response in a few moments saying the program will be downloaded via your email address (Usually well within !hour).
The next morning(8/30/20011) their was no email. I sent a note Questioning ware was my program, and since it wasn't sent I demanded a refund. No Response
8/31/2011 I tried again by demanding a refund and telling this co. I would report to anybody that would listen
