Since April 16th, I never added the instruction to customize the watch therefore shipping should have been within 7-12 days according to their advert With my birthday fast approaching, i wrote them several letters , i got no response, i also kept tracking the number provided as FEDEX tracking number 959726022503, with no results on display i contacted FEDEX and was told there's no such package or number in their database It was then i realized i'd been ripped off by this company claiming to offer best gifts for birthdays
