Biscayne Beach Club Aparments. big rip-off employees Marcos Minaya.
This could sound out of date, but it only states all the time I have been paying for this rip-off.
It was the year of 1995. I was looking for a place to live for a six period of time while taking flying lessons.I went to this place (Biscayne Beach Club). I spoke to its representative Marcos Minaya). He told me my credit was not good enough to get the aparment, but with two hundred dollars, he will fix it all.I gave him the money and I got the place.Three months later I had an emergency in my country. I told Marcos about. He told me that he could do something to avoid his company reporting me for braking the contract.He ask for another two hundred.I went to my country hoping my credit wont be damaged.
In 1999 I came back to America. I started runing applications for housing and for a car.It was by then I foun out that there were a couple of negative items in my credit report,both from Biscayne Beach Club. According to the credit boreau I was owing 2700 hundred dollars to this people for damages to the aparment.
The date of the report was six months after I was already gone.
What happend was that this guy(Marcos Minaya)rented the aparment to another party. When this people gave the place back, the company found out damages to the carpet and others.(according to them).
I wrote a statement to the credit boreau asking for an investigation. They did it and It was taken out of my files. by then, I had not been able to buy things with low rates. I had to buy a mobil home instead a regular home, I finally got into a car deal paying three times the regular price.All this due to that damage from Biscayne Beach Club (employers of Marcos Minaya)
This gentleman is still on the run. He has other charges for similar things.
until the day I have not been able to make this people pay for all the money I have lost. To give You an idea of the amount I have lost counting on the high prices i am paying for things, declines credits, suffering thinking about all this, I could ask for 100.000 dollars.
It will be great if Rip-off Revenge.com can do something, Please help me.
