Complaint Review: Bishop Norris A. Davis Nonprofit Contracting LLC

 On October 2015 I hired Bishop Norris Davis to do work on my property. The contact stated he would pour a slab and build a shed $3200 material/labor. Due to other financial obligations on my end we decided to do the project in phases. Mr. Davis sent three men to my home to begin the first phase of pouring the slab. The slab was not constructed properly nor poured leveled. These men didn't do the job correctly, and Mr. Davis did not oversee his crew in order to direct them or to inform them of my expectations. . Mr. Davis requested more and more money from us. According to Mr. Davis he needed the money to pay his guys and purchase more material. Throughout this entire process Mr. Davis never provided a service. Yet he would send different men to our home while they wait for hours for material Mr. Davis never brought. Mr. Davis has insulted our intelligence, lied to us, and ruined our property. He also stole our wheel barrol. I tried compromising with him, and he continue to ignore the fact he stole my money. Mr. Davis took $2400 of our hard earned money and never provided a service! Now we had to hire a new crew to fix our slab and rebuild the shed!
