MaryEllen you are not alone. Bismark Mortgage uses very sneaky tactics to rip off their customers. During the building of my project they were constantly delaying sending out their inspector, which delayed fund release, which constantly delayed my project overall- requiring me to pay for very costly extensions. There were numerous tricks like this that they used to cause my project to need to pay for these extensions. Overall, I ended up paying over $60,000 for my one year loan!
