I ordered a bistro table and two chairs. I've yet to receive the chairs as FedEx states I have to pick them up because BistroSets.com failed to put the correct address on the label. I did receive the table, though there are no instructions or parts to put the table together. I've left messages and sent the below emails to the firm requesting assistance but they don't reply.

This is my second email in regards to this matter. Please see my previous email below regarding my order.

I am extremely upset with my order. FedEx delivered my bistro table today but stated they couldn't bring the chairs because there was an incomplete address on the other box. I'm not sure why if they knew where to get one box delivered to, why they couldn't just bring the other. That being said, they've now told me I need to go to the warehouse to pick it up myself. Why should I have to drive out of my way to do this? Furthermore, I opened the box for the table and there is nothing inside but the table top, two long pieces of wood, and another piece assembled. However there are no instructions or parts to put these items together. Am I supposed to use my own screws or bolts to do this?
