Complaint Review: BITDEFENDER

Re: Bitdefender   As per many prior complaints, PayPal auto-renewal (that I have no recollection of ever authorising as I never knowingly do this)  billed me resulting in running my subscription up to 733 days.  More than 2 years!!!  When I complained they inferred I authorised it in the fine print, but an annual auto-renewal being used to run up more than 2 ywars!!! 

I was also informed I had to cancel my PaPal dispute to get myy money back despite they had already removed the wrongfully added subsciption resulting in still more than a year in advance ( had renewed during subscription).  Current status wrongfully billed, wrongful subscription retracted but no refund!!, and maybe if I stop PayPal dispite they may evntually refund base amount without consideration of bank fees etc. 

I am pursueing my PayPal dispute as I find Bitdefender'sr methods obnoxious and to alert Paypal to Bitdefenders abuse of an annual auto-renewal even if it actaually was in the fine print.

They take your money via dubious practices and retact the benefit when you complain and tell you not to complain if you want to get some of he fees they incurred for you back, I first got their product to help stop events like just like  this, disgraceful and wrong.
