bitinstant.com Blockchain.info I paid Bitinstant over $1000 for the purchase of digital currency and the requested currecy was never provided, emails ignored and phone calls useless .Internet

I recently opened a digital currency wallet at Blockchain.com as a hedge against  a financial  collapse . Blockchain by default has you buy bitcoins through this company Bitinstant, who recently was hacked and lost over $12,000.
 The process is simple, you create an order then you send the money by way of Billpay at Moneygram who pays zipzap, who pays Bitinstant.
 I did all of this, and I did not receive any digital currency, instead I was ignored.
 I have attempted to contact Bitinstant, through email, by phone, and have been ignored.
 I have not received any Bitcoin from what promises to be a 30 minute service, it has been a couple of days now with communication only from Zipzap who has informed me that Bitinstant was paid, and my problem was with Bitinstant.
 This company took my money, I was ripped off by Bitinstant and I am filing complaints with the State Government that has jurisdiction to make this a criminal matter NYS Penal Law Article 155

I received some information in an email from Zipzap the company that pays Bitinstant, They provided me with one merchant tracking #, and it seems I am on hold due to the need for Bitinstant to purchase more coin. I pay them for a quick service, not a delayed service. At the moment I may have been a little rash with Bitinstant, I will update if there is a positive resolution
