Bitmainasics.com offered for sale asic miners only to bait & switch extorting for more bitcoin, will not refund my money now refusing to send equipment
On 3/8/21 i order 2 bitmain s19 pro bitcoin miners from bitmainasics.com. only after placing the order and sending the funds did their support contact (support@bitmainasics.com) to tell me that they reuired an MOQ of 5 units before they would ship anything to me. They further enticed me by stating that if I bought 2 they would include a 3rd for free. As you can imagine I was livid. I cussed them out over email and later in the day recieved an email demanding an apology and that they would if they so chose would send my euipment, at a nuch later date or they may refund my bitcoin.
I sent an apology and asked for a refund. It has been 24 hours and still no resolution. They have not refunded my bitcoin nor sent me any indication they intend to send the equipment. Thier hosting is throygh namecheap and their bitcoin account I believe is through a coinbase wallet address.
