Complaint Review: Bitmantra

I have a team of attorney's helping me.  This is just the beginning of showing the public they cannot be trusted.  It's not about the money, it's about so much more.  I just lost all the savings I had and have to pay on a loan I borrowed thinking I was getting an app with some income going to be produced and years later - I have NOTHING!  Just emails with promises that are so far apart from the truth.

My name starts with a J.  I live in California and I have a very good job which allows me the opportunity to meet many established well to do types, many who are entrepreurs like myself.  I'm not afraid to take risks.  But I do my best to calculate them especially if I think myself or someone I know could be on to something. I was referred to Ashish and Devina through a friend of mine in Los Angeles.  They run a company out of Pune, India called Bitmantra.  I checked out the San Francisco office and there is no location according to 411.  I also google searched it and they found no local address. 

Ashish, the head operator and lead consultant for his company Bitmantra, mentioned he had some sort of awards in Stock Genie app.  I did research there as well not finding much on their "award winning" app.  I also couldn't find it in the app store.  As time moved on I had my suspicions.  They worked many angles to get money out of me saying thier employees were not eating and haven't been paid and they are working all day and night to come up with a solution to our problems.  I needed this feature, that feature, never seeing the outcome of my payments.  They said I would eventually see and still I haven't seen ANY OF THEM.

All I wanted was a clean version app I could submit for patenting and begin uploading to the app store and as time progressed fixed any bugs that happened.  It's been almost two years since we began conversation on the app.  It's been about 1.5 years since they said they could do it and I've spent $50,000 thus far on it, taking a loan from the bank and praying that they (because they said they could) would be my inventions greatest helpers.  I still have nothing.  Don't let them give you any time lines.  THEY ARE COMPLETE LIES.  If I showed you all of the times they said one thing and made excuses as to why they didn't have progress you would be beside yourself.  Some days I want to shake them.  Some days I want to cry.  Mostly I am just pissed because they are so non responsive and have taken my hard earned money without any sentiment.

I would send money and they would be "traveling."  I now know that was with my money.  You can do a lot in India with 50K.  I saw a huge marketing campaign to promote them on many websites after I made payments.  It was kind of ridiculous, the timing of it all.  I sent wire transfers each time I made a payment.  

I've asked to change project managers and the PM's name is Devina.  They were incapable.  :(  She sounds good over the phone but she also lies.  It's all a ploy to take your money and not give you any results.  I am not sure why I trusted them.  I am beside myself today that I still communicate with them at all.  But the fact of the matter is I am so upset with them, the way they have treated my time, my idea, my investment, it really is shameful.  I could go on and on about the company, their integrity, my unhappiness with choosing them, thier scamming behavior.   I am dedicating the rest of my energy on making sure NO ONE else uses them.  Please don't!   They came back this last time to say my app has a bug.  After over a year and a half I just can't take them seriously.  They always are sick from "working on my app" so hard or tired from getting no sleep from working so much.  Just promise me you won't get taken by them.  I told them I was going to post on many websites about how they steal from people and show no results.  I guess they didn't listen.
