Complaint Review: bitoomba.com

Many online reviewers proclaim Bitoomba the best Bitcoin online casino, but my experience with it is the opposite.  Do not trust this site, and deposit your money somewhere else.  Bitoomba is an ingenious scam that baits its users and robs them from all they have.  I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but this time my displasure is so great that I have to express it in some way.  Bitoomba was able to scam me so quickly that I did not notice until it was too late.

After reading some beautifully written online reviews about the site I made my deposit and started betting.  How was I supposed to know that all those reviews were fake and written with the sole purpose to attract new victims to the scam?  At the beginning I managed to win my fair share of games and to withdraw some of my money without big problems.  All looked good until I decided to close my account and withdraw all my Bitcoin.  Finally, their customer service found time for me.  They started sending me email after email, connected with some mysterious problems with my account. 

They never explained and I was not able to understand the nature of those problems and the reasons why they appeared from thin air.  However, the result was quite clear – I was not able to withdraw my Bitcoin and my account was locked.  As you may imagine, I did all that I could in order to reposes what was rightfully mine, but there was little I could do.  After weeks of no answer and no explanation, I gave up.  I lost a lot of money, while playing on Bitoomba and was treated very badly by its customer services.  There is no excuse for their behavior, and their actions can be described only as a SCAM.

Bitoomba make me realize how easy it is to lose money online and how helpless online casino users actually are.  This scam operation cost me a lot and want to warn all you future Bitoomba users to consider well all the risk you are going to take by making a deposit with the site.  Be well aware of what scam operation Bitoomba is running.
